Such a great hotel! The price is pretty good, considering the delicious breakfast they have. Most hotels have waffles, this one had it too, but they have a much bigger selection; egg quiche with sausage, their own yogurt machine, and delicious fresh fruit. Rooms were clean, very comfortable. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. They even have soup at 5pm, which we unfortunately missed. Overall the best hotel experience we have had while traveling. 10/10
Stayed here for one night in February during a long road trip, and it ended up being one of the most comforting and welcoming hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, they treated me and my dog like family. They had a bowl set out just for him and even gave him a little goodie bag of treats You can tell they genuinely love animals and care about their guests. The room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast wasn’t that generic hotel stuff, it was warm, homey, and honestly just felt like someone’s grandma was in the back making sure we were taken care of. No fake corporate vibes here. Just real people, real kindness, and a place I’ll absolutely return to next time I pass through. Thank you, Miles City team, you made a tough travel day into something memorable!
Nice western decor. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating. Hot tub was very relaxing after long drive. Also has an indoor heated pool. Very clean hotel. Our room was spacious with a couch Some toiletries provided in bathroom , shampoo,conditioner, soap,lotion . Breakfast was great with a big variety including fresh fruit and yogurt machine. Overall a very welcoming,relaxing and comfortable visit.
Stayed in a pet friendly room, and friendly it was: food & water bowls were provided, along with a mat. Very spacious room, and surprisingly quiet despite being adjacent to the interstate. Breakfast bar was a step above, and the staff person I had was extremely courteous.
Friendly staff at check in, clean comfortable rooms. Soup in the lobby in the afternoon is a very nice touch. Did not end up eating breakfast, so can't comment there, and . Convenient location near the interstate and most of town. Beds were comfy. Would stay here again.
Front desk check in experience was fantastic! The lady who checked us in was personable and helpful. She was a picture of great customer service! The lobby, pool area, and rooms were clean and welcoming and breakfast was great. My only complaint would be the beds. Not very comfortable so we didn't sleep well but overall, great place.
I didn't realize this motel was there until this stay. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The guy at the desk the day we checked in was so helpful, pleasant, and very nice. We had to stay an extra night because of the pain in my knees and they were very accommodating. They really want to please their customers and had water available especially with the extreme heat that was that week. The pool was just the right temperature and the atmosphere so inviting. We will be definitely be staying here again
